Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead and expand our heavy equipment rental division in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proactive professional with a proven track record in driving business growth within the rental equipment sector, focusing on excavators, skid loaders, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, and other heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading business growth in the heavy equipment rental market. This includes securing rental contracts, developing new client relationships, and maintaining long-term partnerships. You will manage the entire rental equipment sales department independently and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded. Coordination with local suppliers for equipment cross-hiring is also essential to optimize availability and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in heavy equipment rental business development or rental equipment sales.
• Strong established relationships with Saudi Aramco and non-Aramco project management teams.
• An extensive network among local equipment rental suppliers for seamless cross-hiring arrangements.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and successfully close rental contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills combined with effective relationship management.
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven with the capacity to take ownership and lead the sales department.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Holder of a transferable Saudi Iqama is preferred.
• Candidates from Kerala, India, may receive preference based on business needs and applicable labor regulations.
• Possession of a valid GCC driving license is advantageous.
