Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Admin / HR Assistant to join our team in Yanbu. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, efficient, and capable of working at a fast pace. Prior experience with Korean companies is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will spend about 70-80% of their time handling administrative tasks and 20-30% on HR-related duties. Responsibilities include office administration and coordination, vendor negotiation and liaison, as well as planning and maintaining documentation related to HR and administration activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in administrative and HR roles
- High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word with above-average skills
- Hardworking, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience with Korean companies is a notable plus
Interview Information
The face-to-face interview is scheduled for April 1st (Wednesday) at 4:00 PM in Yanbu. Candidates must prepare to demonstrate their expertise in advanced Excel and Word during the IT test segment of the interview.
