A growing company based in Khobar is looking for a skilled Excel Reporting and Dashboard Specialist to work remotely. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who have a strong background in advanced Excel functions and reporting. The role focuses on creating dynamic reports, tracking HR data accurately, and developing insightful dashboards that support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Preparing and maintaining project reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure up-to-date project tracking
- Monitoring HR leave and attendance records to streamline employee management
- Tracking vacation overlaps to support effective resource planning
- Designing and developing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide clear visibility into project and operational metrics
- Automating data collection and consolidation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
Required Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates should have:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including mastery of Pivot Tables, Power Query, and preferably VBA programming
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management
Compensation and Work Arrangement
This position offers a monthly salary of SAR 2,800. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility for the right candidate to deliver results from any location.
