Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock and Inventory Accountant to join our team in Khobar. This role involves managing stock records, ensuring accurate inventory control, and coordinating supplier-related financial transactions within an ERP or accounting software environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily stock receiving and issuing, maintaining purchase invoice and stock entry records, and performing warehouse stock reconciliation. Additional duties include verifying physical stock against system records, conducting inventory valuation and costing, and managing stock transfers and adjustment entries. The role also includes preparing monthly inventory reports and identifying any stock shortages or excesses for reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce. We are looking for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in stock and inventory accounting. Proficiency with ERP systems, Tally, and advanced Excel is essential. A strong grasp of inventory control principles and reconciliation processes is required. Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred and considered an advantage.
