We are looking for a Junior Accountant to manage basic accounting tasks for our company. The candidate should be responsible for daily accounting activities, financial record keeping, and follow-up with clients and suppliers. The role may also include assisting with document control and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• Prepare and record invoices, payments, and receipts
• Follow up with clients for payments and suppliers for invoices
• Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
• Maintain petty cash records
• Support preparation of financial reports
• Maintain and organize company documents and files
• Assist with document control and filing system
• Coordinate with management regarding financial updates
• Support administrative tasks when required

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting / Finance
• 1–3 years experience in accounting (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a small business environment

Preferred:
• Experience in small company accounting
• Knowledge of VAT regulations
zoho experience preferred
