We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations within a plastic manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely achievement of targets. This includes supervising production staff, monitoring machine performance, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining product quality. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes are also essential duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment
