Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in marine equipment to join our team in Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on trading and supplying a wide range of marine-related products. The role involves overseeing sales operations across Saudi Arabia, building client relationships, generating leads, and closing business deals in the marine sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of sales for marine equipment including navigation systems, jetty and berthing fenders, mooring equipment, vessel access gangways, as well as bulk handling and loading systems. Responsibilities include:

• Generating inquiries and preparing precise sales estimations.
• Negotiating with clients and securing contracts.
• Maintaining strong communication and customer service throughout the sales process.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Handling channel sales and maintaining accurate documentation for quotations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal applicant must have proven experience within the marine sales industry in Saudi Arabia and hold a relevant diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field. Essential skills include:

• A well-established client network and strong lead generation capabilities in the marine sector.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, backed by a history of meeting sales targets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Expertise in sales documentation and channel sales management.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 2500 and 4000 SAR, along with food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and petrol. Additionally, a commission of 1-2% is provided based on monthly sales performance. The expected business and sales target for this position is between 500,000 and 700,000 SAR per month.

Work Environment

This position requires immediate joining and is based on-site in Jubail. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic sales environment where strong client engagement and proactive business development are essential.
