Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Division Incharge to lead our Fabrication Works division, combining strong sales acumen with technical expertise. This hybrid role requires a proactive professional capable of leveraging industry connections to secure high-value projects while managing their successful execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner, driving both business growth and operational excellence within the company.

Key Responsibilities

The Division Incharge will oversee the entire sales and execution cycle of fabrication projects:

  • Business Development & Sales: Utilize existing professional networks and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities, lead tendering and bidding processes, and prepare competitive proposals.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service from initial inquiry through project completion.
  • Project Execution & Management: Plan and allocate resources, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and supervise the fabrication process to guarantee that work complies with international standards such as AWS and ASME.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality controls to ensure timely and defect-free delivery.
  • Site Leadership: Direct on-site installation and commissioning while enforcing strict health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in steel fabrication, with at least 3 years in leadership or sales roles.
  • Proven ability to secure projects within the Oil & Gas, construction, or industrial sectors, backed by a strong professional network.
  • Technical proficiency in interpreting structural drawings, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving mindset and the capability to lead diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations and channel sales management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in the MEP/fabrication sales industry specifically in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This leadership position offers a competitive base salary of 5000 SAR, complemented by food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and petrol benefits. In addition, a performance-based commission ranging between 1-2% on your monthly sales revenue is provided, encouraging strong focus on business growth. The targeted monthly sales business ranges from 500,000 to 700,000 SAR and beyond.

Work Environment

This is a dynamic role that involves both office-based and on-site work, giving you the opportunity to directly influence project outcomes in the workshop and the field. The position demands hands-on leadership and active engagement throughout all project phases.
