We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is perfect for professionals with solid expertise in B2B sales, particularly within manpower supply, industrial services, construction, or contracting sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven skills in business development, focusing on expanding client relationships and securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for actively developing new business leads and client accounts. You will generate manpower requirements and identify emerging opportunities within the industrial and construction markets. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and contractors is essential, as is conducting site visits and negotiating contracts effectively. Additional duties include preparing quotations, following up on orders, and consistently meeting monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on Saudi Arabia’s market.
• Strong network of clients and contractors in the manpower supply or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to support client engagement and deal closure.
• Valid Saudi driving license and a transferable Iqama are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits as needed.
