Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Division Manager to lead our Fabrication Works division. This hybrid role combines sales leadership with hands-on project execution, perfectly suited for an experienced engineer with strong industry connections. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Leverage your professional network to identify and secure new business opportunities in the oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Lead preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring profitable pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, managing expectations from inquiry through project completion.
Project Execution & Management
- Plan and allocate resources effectively by coordinating in-house teams and selecting qualified subcontractors and vendors.
- Oversee all fabrication activities — including structural steel, pressure vessels, and piping — ensuring compliance with recognized industry standards such as AWS and ASME.
- Track project progress, budgets, and quality metrics to guarantee flawless delivery within deadlines.
- Lead on-site installation and commissioning efforts while enforcing strict health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, with at least 3 years in leadership or sales roles.
- Proven success in securing projects within Saudi Arabia’s MEP or fabrication industry, especially in oil & gas and construction sectors.
- Technical expertise in reading structural drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with project scheduling software.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a solutions-oriented approach to lead diverse teams.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of sales operations and channel sales management.

Compensation and Benefits

- Monthly business targets range from 500,000 to 700,000 SAR and beyond.
