Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Division Incharge to head our Fabrication Works department in Jubail. This hybrid role uniquely combines business development with hands-on project leadership. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial engineer with an extensive network to secure high-value projects and the technical know-how to oversee their successful completion.

As the Division Incharge, you will manage sales activities, generate new business leads, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of fabrication projects from start to finish. You will play a vital role in shaping sales strategies, closing deals, and guaranteeing operational excellence in all fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

  • Utilize your industry connections and professional networks to attract new business opportunities.
  • Lead tendering and bidding processes by preparing technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Execution & Management:

  • Coordinate resource planning by mobilizing internal teams and appointing qualified subcontractors or vendors.
  • Provide technical oversight, ensuring all fabrication work complies with international standards such as AWS and ASME, as well as client specifications.
  • Monitor project timelines, budget adherence, and quality control to deliver flawless results.
  • Lead on-site installation and commissioning while upholding strict health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, including 3 years in a leadership or sales capacity.
  • Well-established network with proven success securing projects in the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sectors.
  • Proficient in interpreting structural drawings, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in sales operations, channel sales, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication abilities paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the MEP/fabrication sales industry within Saudi Arabia is essential.
