Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Procurement Engineer specialized in steel structure manufacturing. This role requires extensive expertise in procuring materials and services related to steel fabrication and pressure vessels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing procurement processes within these specific industries, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement process for steel structures and pressure vessel projects, from vendor identification to contract negotiation.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers capable of meeting technical and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during procurement activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains.
• Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and associated documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in procurement for both steel fabrication and pressure vessel manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent understanding of procurement procedures and materials used in steel structures and pressure vessels.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

The position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
