Job Overview

Manal Industrial Services is seeking a skilled and driven Sales and Purchase Executive with expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation materials to join our team in Ad Dammam. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in procurement and sales within the industrial sector, particularly those familiar with the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of electrical and instrumentation products, managing the purchasing process, and ensuring timely sourcing of materials. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors will be a crucial part of the role. Additional duties include preparing quotations and purchase orders, coordinating logistics with warehouse teams, and following up to ensure smooth delivery of materials. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and working towards achieving set sales targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in sales and procurement of electrical and instrumentation materials.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and instrumentation products including cables, sensors, transmitters, PLCs, control panels, switches, valves, and gauges.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and suppliers.
• Familiarity with supplier networks and sourcing channels in the industrial sector.
• Ability to accurately prepare quotations, purchase orders, and monitor order progress.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory for candidates applying.
• Possession of a Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Experience working within the Saudi Arabia or GCC markets will be considered an advantage.
