Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Jubail. This full-time, on-site position is key to managing the procurement process for both operational needs and project requirements. The role involves overseeing the entire procurement cycle, from supplier evaluation and selection to contract negotiation and procurement execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager will play a central role in ensuring procurement activities align with budget limits and company policies while maintaining compliance with market regulations. Responsibilities include collaborating with different departments to identify purchasing needs, building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, and guaranteeing timely delivery of goods and services to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Expertise in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and developing procurement strategies is essential. A thorough understanding of procurement regulations and industry best practices is also required. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage various stakeholders effectively are critical for success in this fast-paced, project-oriented setting. Fluency in languages such as Urdu and Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
