Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer with extensive experience in HVAC and E&I procurement to join our team for the Riyas NGL project in Jubail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on Saudi Aramco projects, demonstrating strong procurement capabilities and familiarity with Aramco’s documentation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for preparing Material Authorization Requests (MARs) and Non-Material Requisitions (NMRs) specifically for HVAC and E&I materials. Coordination with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery is essential. The role also involves close collaboration with the Quality Department to secure complete manufacturer documentation and ensure all materials meet compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Expertise

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in procurement for Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and Electrical & Instrumentation procurement processes.
• Proficiency in preparing MARs, NMRs, and Aramco-compliant documentation.
• Effective coordination skills with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Experience supporting quality assurance by managing documentation and material compliance.
