Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Waste Management Technicians to join a short-term environmental project in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This role calls for professionals with hands-on industrial environmental experience, specializing in hazardous waste handling, compliance, and recycling program management. Candidates must have a valid Ajeer and be available for immediate placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and managing hazardous waste safely and efficiently
• Classifying, labeling, and ensuring proper storage of various waste types
• Overseeing waste disposal processes in line with regulatory standards
• Managing and promoting recycling initiatives
• Monitoring environmental compliance across operations
• Ensuring adherence to Saudi Arabian environmental regulations and RCER requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial environmental setting
• Strong knowledge of hazardous waste handling protocols
• Ability to classify, label, and manage waste storage and disposal
• Experience managing recycling programs within industrial contexts
• Familiarity with environmental compliance monitoring and Saudi regulations
• Understanding of RCER guidelines

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Diploma or Associate Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Technology, Industrial Safety, or a related field. Possession of environmental certifications will be considered an advantage.
