Urgent HVAC Technician With Transferable IQAMA

1. HVAC Technician ( 2000+300) Accommodation transportation company + 2Hour OT
Job Description (JD):

1. Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment (air-cooled chillers, package units, AHUs, FCUs, and split ACs).
2. Knowledge of exhaust including fume exhaust systems.
3. Proficiency in the preventive maintenance (PPM) of HVAC systems.
4. Knowledge of pumps and motors.
5. Understanding of work permits (types) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for each task.
6. Maintenance of PPM records, asset lists, and HVAC inventory.
7. Familiarity with the Material Request (MR) process for HVAC systems.

Salary Structure:
Basic Salary: 2000 SAR
Food Allowance: 300 SAR
Transportation Allowance: Company provided
Housing Allowance: Company Provided
Total Salary: 2300 SAR
2 hours OT
