Job Overview

SRACO Company is urgently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a transferable Iqama to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various HVAC systems to ensure efficient performance and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC equipment such as air-cooled chillers, package units, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and split air conditioners.
• Knowledge and handling of exhaust systems, including fume exhaust.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems to maintain optimal functionality.
• Understanding and maintenance of pumps and motors related to HVAC operations.
• Following safety protocols, including managing work permits and conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for each task.
• Maintaining accurate records of preventive maintenance, asset lists, and HVAC inventory.
• Managing the Material Request (MR) process for HVAC equipment and supplies.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary structure including:

• Basic Salary: 2000 SAR
• Food Allowance: 300 SAR
• Transportation provided by the company

• Overtime: 2 hours daily overtime available
• Company-provided insurance coverage
