A leading EPC client is urgently seeking a skilled Coating Crew Supervisor with Aramco approval for a position based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing coating operations to ensure quality and compliance with project standards in a high-profile industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage coating teams to achieve project targets and maintain safety guidelines.
• Ensure all coating activities adhere to Aramco standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Conduct inspections to verify coating application quality and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project management and other departments to optimize workflow and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Aramco approval for Coating Crew Supervisors.
• Proven experience supervising coating operations within EPC projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of safety standards and quality control in coating applications.
