ERCON Group is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Irrigation Supervisor in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is an urgent hiring opportunity, and the company is looking to fill two supervisor roles immediately. Along with supervisors, there is also a requirement for irrigation plumbers, reflecting a growing team focused on efficient irrigation projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Irrigation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily irrigation operations, ensuring the correct installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, and managing the team on site to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule. Supervisors will be expected to coordinate with plumbing teams, conduct quality checks, and enforce safety standards throughout the work process.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and technologies
• Proven experience in supervising irrigation or landscaping teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia
