Job Overview

Horizon Solutions is urgently seeking an experienced Structure Foreman to join the Saipem project team based in Marjan. This role requires candidates to be readily available within Jubail, Dammam, or Khobar areas. The position demands strong leadership on-site and a thorough understanding of structural work in heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate structural construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and guide a team of structural workers, ensuring safety compliance and efficient task execution.
• Monitor daily progress and report any issues or delays to project management.
• Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders to maintain seamless workflow and supply chain operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Foreman in structural projects, preferably within oil and gas or construction sectors.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage documentation and vendor codes associated with project requirements.
• Available to work in Marjan with current residence in Jubail, Dammam, or Khobar.
