Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to join an ARAMCO project based in Fadhli, Jubail. This long-term position requires an experienced professional capable of overseeing scaffolding activities to meet safety and quality standards. The role demands immediate mobilization, with payment processed 45 days after timesheet submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding operations on-site ensuring compliance with ARAMCO safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and activities to achieve project timelines effectively.
• Monitor the scaffold team’s performance, providing guidance and support where necessary to maintain productivity and safety.
• Inspect scaffolding structures regularly to identify any potential hazards and ensure stability.
• Collaborate closely with other supervisors and project managers to align scaffold work with overall project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a scaffolding supervisor, particularly in ARAMCO or similar industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and scaffolding regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and management.
• Ability to mobilize immediately and commit to a long-term engagement.
