Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QC Manager specializing in blasting and painting of piping and spools for a long-term project in the oil and gas sector. This opportunity is located in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires overseeing quality control processes to ensure all blasting and painting activities meet stringent client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality control team responsible for blasting and painting of piping and spools.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Inspect and monitor surface preparation and painting processes for pipes and spools.
• Coordinate with project managers and client representatives to maintain quality assurance and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to QC activities and client approvals.
• Oversee third-party inspections and testing related to coating and surface preparation.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a QC Manager or similar role within the oil and gas industry, particularly in blasting and painting operations.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques, coatings, and related standards.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Additional Information
