Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Quality Control (QC) Specialist with hands-on experience in plant shutdowns and piping inspections. This role requires a professional who has previously worked in strict shutdown environments, ensuring that all mechanical QC standards are thoroughly met to maintain operational safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical QC Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and verifying the quality of mechanical systems, specifically during shutdown periods. Duties include conducting thorough inspections of plant equipment and piping systems, ensuring compliance with project and safety standards, and promptly documenting any findings. Adherence to strict shutdown deadlines and quality protocols is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in mechanical QC during plant shutdowns
• Strong expertise in piping quality control within industrial environments
• Knowledge of shutdown procedures in plants and industrial sites
• Previous experience working on Indian shutdown projects is considered an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively during tight shutdown schedules

Duration and Location

This assignment is initially for a minimum of 15 days, with potential extension up to 30 days or more, depending on project requirements. The work location is in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
