Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with extensive experience in maintaining and repairing mobile cranes and heavy equipment. This role requires a hands-on professional with a solid background in equipment troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics to oversee maintenance operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous reliability and safety of mobile cranes and heavy machinery. This includes diagnosing mechanical issues, scheduling repairs, and managing the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in the maintenance and supervision of heavy equipment.
• Hands-on experience with mobile crane repair and servicing.
• Familiarity with major crane brands such as Liebherr, Tadano, Terex, Grove, TIL, KATO, XCMG, or Zoomlion.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to lead and monitor maintenance activities ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
