Job Overview

PrimeCore Industrial Support Services is seeking Filipino professionals for various roles within a long-term project located in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity spans a minimum of two years, with potential extension up to five years, offering consistent monthly payments based on manpower deployment. The project is based in a residential/staff community, ensuring a stable and focused work environment.

Available Positions

We are looking to fill the following vacancies:

• Swimming Pool Technician – 2 positions
• Housekeeping Supervisor – 8 positions
• MEP Supervisor – 3 positions
• Male Lifeguards (Certified) – 12 positions
• Male Filipino Cleaners – 5 positions
• Female Filipino Cleaners – 9 positions
• Female Filipino Waitresses – 20 positions

Key Responsibilities

Each role demands adherence to high standards of professionalism and operational excellence. Swimming Pool Technicians will maintain and service pool equipment to ensure safety and hygiene. Housekeeping Supervisors will oversee cleaning teams and ensure immaculate maintenance of residential and staff areas. MEP Supervisors will manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring their optimal operation. Lifeguards will provide safety supervision around swimming areas with valid certification. Cleaners and waitresses will deliver top-quality cleaning and customer service respectively.

Requirements and Certifications

Applicants must hold relevant trade certifications applicable to their fields. Saudi local certification is not mandatory. All candidates must be Filipino nationals. Experience in similar roles is preferred, and certifications should be submitted alongside resumes. The contractual arrangement does not require Ajeer or job contracts.

Working Conditions and Benefits

The work schedule consists of 8-hour days, six days per week. Leave is flexible, provided a minimum site manpower level is maintained to ensure uninterrupted service. Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) are supplied by the company. Payment is made monthly, reflecting actual manpower deployed, based on a pre-agreed quotation.
