Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor for an urgent transfer-based position in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is open exclusively to Indian nationals currently holding valid Iqama. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in the lifting or rigging sector and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to oversee lifting operations safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on site to ensure safety protocols and company standards are strictly followed.
• Manage the preparation and planning of lifting operations including risk assessments and equipment checks.
• Oversee the team of operators and technicians involved in the lifting processes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia’s safety regulations and project guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role within the lifting industry.
• Valid Iqama with transfer eligibility.
• Strong understanding of lifting equipment, rigging, and safety standards.
• Good communication skills to effectively manage team members and coordinate with other departments.

Work Conditions and Benefits

The position involves a 10-hour workday based in Jubail. Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company to ensure employee convenience and comfort. Salary will be discussed during the interview, ranging between 8000 to 10,000 SAR, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
