• Certified in housekeeping management or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience supervising housekeeping teams
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards and operational procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
• Immediate availability is preferred
