We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Manpower Coordinator to oversee manpower services for a significant industrial project based in Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing the recruitment, deployment, and coordination of skilled personnel specializing in rigging and heavy lifting operations. Ensuring adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, safety protocols, and operational efficiency are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manpower Coordinator will be responsible for planning and deploying riggers, technicians, and supervisors to meet project demands. Collaborating closely with contractors, suppliers, and project management, the coordinator will monitor manpower performance, track key performance indicators, and address any gap in workforce requirements to maintain smooth workflow and high safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in manpower planning, preferably within rigging or heavy lifting operations.
• Previous involvement with Saudi Aramco or other oil and gas projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on safety compliance.
• Certifications related to lifting and rigging safety or OSHA accreditation are considered advantageous.
