Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electrical installations and maintenance for HVAC, MEP, and solar systems. This role involves installing, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure smooth operation in alignment with project requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Installing electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, distribution boards, sockets, and panels based on approved HVAC, MEP, and solar drawings.
• Conducting electrical connections for HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, VRF/VRV units, split units, fans, and motors.
• Ensuring proper grounding, isolation, and adherence to electrical safety protocols.
• Handling installation, termination, and testing of DDC panels, BMS field devices, controllers, communication cables, and associated sensors and actuators.
• Working closely with control engineers for system startups, calibration, loop testing, and commissioning.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in HVAC and MEP systems, performing maintenance on motors, sensors, VFDs, and control circuits.
• Installing and wiring MCC panels, starter panels, VFD panels, and HVAC control panels following schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Performing electrical inspections including insulation resistance, continuity, polarity, and other verification tests to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating site execution activities for smooth project progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of tests, cable schedules, and work reports while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards including LOTO and PPE usage.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance within HVAC, MEP, or solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, control systems, DDC/BMS panels, and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, logic schematics, and panel layouts.
• Hands-on experience using diagnostic tools like multimeters, meggers, clamp meters, and BMS software tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills related to electrical circuits and control loops.
• Understanding of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
• Good communication and coordination abilities to work effectively within site teams.

Salary and Benefits
