Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Steel Fixer Foreman to lead and manage steel fixing operations on a major industrial construction project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supervising teams and ensuring timely, high-quality work aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily steel fixing activities to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Manage manpower efficiently, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers and other site supervisors to meet milestones and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Steel Fixer Foreman, preferably within industrial or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a workforce.
• Deep understanding of steel fixing techniques, materials, and construction processes.
• Experienced in handling manpower logistics and scheduling for efficient site operations.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and safety regulations is advantageous.
