Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a skilled Electrical QC Engineer to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical installation, testing, and quality control inspection, ensuring all work meets rigorous standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and verifying electrical installation activities, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards. You will conduct thorough inspections of cable laying, glanding, termination, panel installation, and earthing systems. This role also involves participation in testing and commissioning to guarantee flawless system functionality.

Additional duties include managing client and consultant inspections, addressing and closing NCRs or other remarks, and meticulously maintaining QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, QCPs, MIRs, WIRs, test reports, and daily progress reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical QC Inspector with comprehensive electrical field knowledge
• Proven capability in electrical installation and inspection work
• Strong familiarity with cable laying, glanding, termination, panel installation, and earthing
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and test reports
• Experience in electrical testing and commissioning activities
• Knowledge of IEC, NEC, IEEE, and relevant project standards
• Excellent skills in preparing and managing QA/QC documentation
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• Relevant Electrical Diploma or Degree; QC certification is preferred
• Valid Iqama and insurance are mandatory
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Compensation and Payment Terms

The hourly rate for this position is 35 SAR. Salary payments will be processed 45 days after timesheet submission.
