Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Electrical Engineers with at least 10 years of experience to join ongoing long-term projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. These roles are crucial for driving success in electrical design, site management, and system installation within the power transmission and distribution sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Electrical Engineer: Lead comprehensive electrical design and perform detailed studies for major projects, focusing on power transmission, distribution networks, and substation design to ensure optimal performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Lead Electrical Engineer: Oversee construction site operations, maintaining high safety and quality standards while managing a diverse, multicultural team to achieve efficient project delivery.
• Electrical Design Engineer: Supervise the installation of electrical systems, ensuring all work aligns with safety regulations and quality benchmarks to guarantee reliable and secure infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering roles related to power transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Strong leadership abilities, particularly for senior and lead positions, with experience managing teams and coordinating multidisciplinary activities.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical safety standards and quality control procedures in construction and design environments.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within multicultural teams and stakeholders.
