Extend Solutions Contracting Est. is urgently seeking qualified Quality Control Inspectors (QCI) with Aramco and CBT approvals to join their team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is perfect for professionals specializing in various engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, welding, and piping, who are experienced in Saudi Aramco standards and Schedule Q requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring quality control throughout pre-commissioning, mechanical construction, and inspection activities. Their duties include monitoring compliance with engineering specifications, conducting inspections of electrical, mechanical, and instrument components, and overseeing pressure vessel and tank fabrication as well as rotating and static equipment assessment. Supervisory roles will involve managing tank construction projects and supervising welding inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Aramco and CBT approval mandatory for all positions
• Proven expertise in Electrical Pre-Commissioning QCI (Schedule Q compliant)
• Experience in Instrument Pre-Commissioning QCI with CBT and Aramco approvals
• Mechanical QCI skills related to tank, rotating equipment, MRI, static components, and welding
• Proficiency in Pressure Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) inspections
• Strong knowledge of piping quality control methods
• Mechanical Supervisory experience specifically within tank construction projects
