Job Overview

Hamdan Engineering and Construction, a leading Saudi contracting company, is looking to hire two experienced Mechanical Engineers to join their team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role requires candidates who have a minimum of five years of experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region, with a strong background in structural and piping fabrication. The position involves mechanical engineering duties combined with supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and structural fabrication work, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and supervising work progress and quality on site. You will need to coordinate with project teams and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards throughout project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in reading structural and piping fabrication drawings.
• Experience in supervisory roles within mechanical engineering projects.
• Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.

Additional Requirements

This hiring is intended for local transfer candidates within Saudi Arabia or directly from India. Only candidates holding a Saudi or GCC driving license will be considered; applications without this qualification will not be accepted. The company provides visa arrangements for candidates joining from India.

Compensation and Work Conditions

The salary will be discussed during the interview, with an expected range between 3000 SAR to 4000 SAR per month. The work schedule is fixed at 10 hours per day, with overtime paid for additional hours beyond this limit. Accommodation, Iqama (residency permit), and a company-provided car are included as part of the employment package.
