We are urgently seeking a skilled Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) Engineer with extensive experience working in ARAMCO projects. This position is ideal for professionals holding at least 8 years of relevant experience, focused on delivering effective work packaging solutions within large-scale engineering environments.

The role is based in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia, offering a long-term engagement with comprehensive support including food, accommodation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Advanced Work Packaging methodologies to streamline project execution.
• Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful planning and delivery of engineering and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures related to work packaging.
• Maintain compliance with ARAMCO standards and client requirements throughout all project phases.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in AWP engineering, specifically within ARAMCO projects.
• Strong understanding of work packaging processes and best practices in the oil and gas or energy sectors.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
