We are seeking a skilled Subcontract Engineer with a strong background in managing subcontractor activities specifically for Aramco projects. This opportunity is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and requires hands-on experience to oversee subcontract coordination and supervision effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating subcontracted work, ensuring that tasks are completed as per project specifications and timelines. They will play a critical role in liaising between the main contractor, subcontractors, and project management to facilitate smooth execution on site.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of five years working experience as a Subcontract Engineer or Supervisor on Aramco projects
• In-depth understanding of subcontract management and project requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate with multinational teams and subcontractor personnel
• Proven track record of supervising subcontractor work in large-scale industrial projects
• Transferable Iqama status is mandatory
