Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Services Supervisor to join our facility management team for a project based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and proven experience in supervising facility maintenance operations. This role focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards in building and industrial upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

As a Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing technicians and support staff working on the project. Your daily duties include monitoring work progress, conducting site inspections to ensure quality and completeness, and managing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will handle follow-ups to close outstanding work orders promptly and maintain comprehensive records of completed and pending jobs.

Other important tasks involve preparing daily and weekly schedules, keeping track of materials used along with inventory needs, and generating incident or non-conformance reports when necessary. Regular participation in coordination meetings and professional handling of client service requests and concerns are vital to this position. Critical issues should be escalated to management without delay.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or industrial maintenance projects is essential to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The basic monthly salary for this position ranges from 2200 SAR to 2500 SAR. In addition, food and accommodation allowance (FAT) will be provided by the company, ensuring a comfortable working environment for the successful candidate.
