Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Quality Record Controller (QRC) to join a high-profile ARAMCO project based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in managing QA/QC documentation compliant with ARAMCO standards and a strong background in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Record Controller will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling all QA/QC project documentation. This includes timely filing, tracking, and ensuring the accurate submission of project records. The role involves close coordination with various teams, including QA/QC, construction, clients, and vendors to facilitate document approvals and keep documentation up to date. Supporting audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with ARAMCO requirements is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory ARAMCO approval.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing QA/QC documentation or document control within oil and gas projects.
• Proficiency in Aconex and EDMS document management systems.
• Solid understanding of project quality systems, document control practices, and ARAMCO documentation standards.
• Experience with RFI tracking, inspection documentation, and quality records management.
• Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of project documents accurately.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across multiple disciplines.
