Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled HVAC Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and ensure the quality standards of HVAC activities at our project site in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This long-term position requires immediate mobilization and expertise in managing inspection processes and maintaining quality documentation for HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all quality control tasks related to HVAC works. This includes managing inspection activities, coordinating with clients during inspections, and reviewing HVAC project specifications. Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MS), and quality control documents are key parts of the role. Additionally, you will ensure the calibration and validity of inspection instruments and maintain daily inspection records to report progress to the Quality Manager.

Other duties include reviewing material compliance dossiers (MC) for client approval and coordinating the handover of all quality documentation from subcontractors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong background in HVAC quality control supervision
• Experience with preparing and reviewing technical documents such as ITP, MS, and project specifications
• Proficient in handling inspection activities and client coordination
• Thorough knowledge of quality standards and calibration management for inspection instruments
• Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills

Requirements

Candidates must have valid documentation such as a Chamber of Commerce certificate and an Ajeer card, if applicable. Immediate availability is essential, and interested applicants should attach experience certificates when applying.
