Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities within Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in developing and maintaining quality management systems while ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) tailored to complex projects. This role includes leading thorough audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to project specifications and international quality standards. Coordination with various project teams is essential to monitor and enhance quality performance continuously. Additionally, managing, coaching, and mentoring the QA/QC team to uphold high-quality standards forms a crucial part of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 15 years of experience in Quality Management roles, with at least 5 years specifically as a Quality Manager in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Mandatory ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification to lead audit processes confidently.
• Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) is preferred.
• Valid approvals from major clients such as Aramco and SABIC are required.
• Deep understanding of quality systems, standards, and project requirements within heavy industry sectors.

Work Environment

This position is based in Jubail, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest industrial hubs dedicated to Oil & Gas and Petrochemical operations. Candidates should be prepared to engage with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting focused on maintaining excellence in quality standards.
