Job Overview
We are urgently seeking experienced Mechanical QA/QC Inspectors specializing in static and rotating equipment for long-term positions based in Jaffurah. These roles require Aramco certification and a strong background in oil, gas, or petrochemical projects, particularly within EPC environments. Candidates must possess relevant technical qualifications and proven expertise to ensure compliance and quality assurance across mechanical engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Control Inspections of static mechanical equipment in accordance with API 510 standards and Aramco requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical rotating equipment, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Verify quality assurance documentation and maintain comprehensive inspection records.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to monitor compliance with industry codes and project standards.
- Participate in project audits and assist with resolving technical issues related to mechanical equipment quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent (minimum).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical QA/QC Inspector in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries.
- A minimum of 3 years working on EPC projects, with hands-on inspection experience.
- Valid Aramco Certified Body of Technical Knowledge (CBT) for Static Equipment QA/QC (API 510) for the Static QA/QC Inspector role.
- Aramco CBT pass certification for Mechanical Rotating Equipment QA/QC Inspector.
- Strong understanding of relevant mechanical codes, standards, and certification requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Work Environment
These positions are based in Jaffurah and offer long-term engagement. Successful candidates will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic EPC project setting, ensuring high-quality standards are met under rigorous industry regulations.
