Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Quality Control Engineer to join an industrial oil and gas project located in Nariyah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards across mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality control activities related to mechanical works, including piping, welding, and equipment inspections. You will implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Accurate documentation and timely reporting of inspections, non-conformance reports (NCR), and quality records are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Construction industries.
• Proven knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection techniques specific to mechanical engineering.
• Familiarity with piping systems, welding inspection, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience working with inspection and test plans (ITP), welding procedure specifications/qualification records (WPS/PQR), and other quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report non-conformities effectively.

Additional Requirements

A valid Saudi IQAMA is preferred, reflecting the candidate’s eligibility to work legally within Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be ready to provide their updated CV along with certificates and relevant experience documentation for consideration.
