Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Quality Control Supervisors specializing in both static and rotating equipment, along with Welding Quality Control Supervisors, to join an EPC project based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can ensure strict quality standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality control processes related to mechanical installations and welding activities. Key duties include:

• Supervising and inspecting static and rotating mechanical equipment to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitoring welding operations, verifying procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality assurance across all mechanical scopes.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to coordinate QC processes and documentation.
• Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate quality records throughout the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical QC supervision for static and rotating equipment within EPC projects.
• Strong background in welding quality control, including thorough knowledge of welding codes and inspection techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality manuals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
