Interim Innovation Co. Ltd is urgently seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors and Mechanical Foremen for a long-term opportunity in Fadhili. Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Supervisor or Foreman, you will oversee mechanical work activities, ensuring that the team adheres to project specifications and safety standards. Supervisors will coordinate with project stakeholders to manage daily operations, while Foremen will be responsible for direct supervision of on-site crews and ensuring timely execution of tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven mechanical expertise with supervisory or foreman experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical installation, inspection, and testing procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce compliance on site.
• Must have a maximum of five years of recent work experience in Saudi Arabia.
