We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance within a factory setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the upkeep of various factory machines and facilities to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining essential factory equipment, including wiring harness machines, busbar bending machines, PCB machines, and wire extrusion machines. This role requires troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues promptly while coordinating maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in both electrical and mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of factory machinery such as wiring harness systems, busbar benders, PCB manufacturing equipment, and wire extrusion machines
• Ability to lead maintenance teams effectively and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
