Job Overview
We are urgently seeking experienced professionals for multiple roles related to pressure vessel design and fabrication in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The positions include Lead Pressure Vessel Design Engineer, Pressure Vessel Design Engineer, Vessel Fabricators, and Welders with specialized skills in SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding techniques. These roles require strong backgrounds in mechanical engineering and significant hands-on experience in pressure vessel projects, particularly those involving Saudi Aramco standards and ASME codes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Pressure Vessel Design Engineer, you will oversee design teams, ensuring compliance with ASME codes and project specifications. Your role will involve coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient vessel designs suitable for high-demand industrial applications.
Pressure Vessel Design Engineers will focus on the detailed design and analysis of pressure vessels, ensuring all designs meet strict standards and Saudi Aramco project requirements.
Vessel Fabricators and Welders will be responsible for the accurate fabrication and assembly of pressure vessels, with welders specifically required to have experience in radiographic testing (RT) of joints to maintain quality assurance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Lead Pressure Vessel Design Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 15 years in pressure vessel design, including 5 years in a leadership role, and solid experience with Saudi Aramco projects.
- Pressure Vessel Design Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in pressure vessel design, and familiarity with Saudi Aramco project standards and ASME codes.
- Vessel Fabricators: 5 to 8 years of experience in pressure vessel fabrication workshops with a keen knowledge of isometric drawings.
- Welders: Proficiency in 6G SMAW welding or multi-process welding (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW) with 5 to 8 years of experience and practical experience in RT joint inspection.
