Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with a minimum of 7 years’ experience specifically in pipeline civil works. This role demands a professional who can oversee all phases of pipeline projects, from initial drawing analysis and quantity estimation to the successful completion and handover of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings comprehensively and conduct precise Quantity Take-offs (QTO).
• Estimate and price civil engineering works related to pipeline projects accurately.
• Manage and supervise daily onsite operations to ensure smooth progress.
• Track productivity levels and maintain strict control over project costs.
• Collaborate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of all necessary materials and equipment.
• Ensure project execution strictly adheres to the approved budget guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with pipeline civil works projects.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and perform professional quantity estimations.
• In-depth understanding of labor productivity and equipment utilization standards.
• Proven leadership capabilities with full accountability for site management and budget control.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on delivering projects within estimated budgets through to final handover.
