Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified QC Mechanical Inspector specializing in Vendor Inspection and Source Inspection to join a reputable third-party inspection company based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This long-term position requires a professional with strong expertise in mechanical quality control, particularly within Saudi Aramco projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform rigorous quality control inspections and vendor shop surveillance, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards. Responsibilities include verifying materials, conducting mechanical inspections, and maintaining detailed reports throughout the inspection process. Coordinating with vendors and project teams to guarantee adherence to specifications is also essential.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Minimum Saudi Aramco Approval QM-07 certification (mandatory).
• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is required.
• ASNT Level II certification in UT, RT, MT, and PT methods is highly preferred.
• At least 7 years of dedicated experience in QC inspection with focus on vendor shop surveillance and source inspection in mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco project requirements and quality standards.

Educational Requirements

The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s degree or a three-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam and is predominantly site-oriented, with responsibilities centered on ensuring mechanical inspection standards are strictly followed within vendor facilities and project sites.
