Job Overview

We are currently seeking five skilled Piping Engineers for a long-term project based in Dammam Port. This opportunity offers a stable role within an EPC client environment, with a food allowance of 400 SAR per month.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Piping Discipline Leader, the Piping Engineer will be responsible for a range of technical and coordination tasks including:

• Reviewing piping design drawings and related vendor documentation such as vendor drawings and data sheets.
• Verifying the accuracy of the Material Take-Off (MTO) and identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies compared to client documentation, reporting these to the Engineering Discipline Lead.
• Preparing spool drawings in line with design specifications.
• Drafting procedures and specifications relevant to piping activities.
• Developing Scope of Work (SOW) documents for subcontracted piping tasks.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor procedures within the piping discipline.
• Identifying and escalating potential issues or concerns to the Engineering Discipline Lead for resolution through Field Change Requests (FCRs) or Technical Queries (TQs).
• Preparing hydrotest packages for jacket risers, topside, and subsea spool piping.
• Providing ongoing support to the piping production team across all assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Piping Engineer within EPC environments.
• Strong ability to interpret and review engineering drawings and documentation.
• Knowledge of piping materials, fabrication, and testing procedures.
• Attention to detail in verifying material quantities and documentation consistency.
• Effective communication skills to report discrepancies and coordinate with teams.
