We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong mechanical background to join a long-term project located in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically tailored for professionals experienced with Aramco project scopes. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of expertise in quantity surveying within the mechanical engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all costs relating to the project. Your tasks will include preparing tender documents, analyzing subcontractor quotations, performing cost estimates, and ensuring the project remains within budget. You will collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to provide accurate cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on mechanical engineering projects.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of Aramco project requirements and standards.
• Strong ability to evaluate and manage project costs and budgets effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
• Good communication skills to liaise efficiently with team members and external vendors.
